Job summary
VSL International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development & Tendering Manager in Ground Engineering.
The role oversees the identification, development and pursuit of strategic opportunities across international markets, primarily Europe and the Americas, reporting to the Global Operations Manager for Foundations. You will lead commercial strategies, establish relationships with clients and partners, and head the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals for
Qualifications
- Degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer status would be advantageous.
- 10+ years’ experience in ground engineering, tendering or related roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tendering for complex ground engineering projects.
- Coordinate technical, commercial, contractual inputs to develop proposals.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
- Lead client negotiations and relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate international tendering teams and governance processes.
- Ensure handover from tendering to delivery and post-award reviews.
