GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Commercial Proposal Manager to lead the Inquiry to Order process for large, complex opportunities in SEMEA, collaborating with Sales, Application Engineering, and teams across finance, legal, supply chain and operations.

The role demands a proven track record in commercial negotiations, risk assessment, and proposal development, with fluent English and the ability to drive high-quality, timely bids and seamless handover to execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial operations, proposal development, contract drafting and negotiations.
• Experience negotiating high-value contracts in industrial/energy sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrix org.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end ITO process for large, complex proposals.
• Develop proposal plans, reviews, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering and sales to ensure compliant, timely submissions.
• Negotiate with customers and manage commercial risk.
