Ubisoft is seeking a commercially focused legal professional to join our Global Publishing team in Paris. You will draft and negotiate distribution and strategic partnership agreements with major digital and technology platforms, ensuring aligned business and legal outcomes across international teams.

You will counsel internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, competitive issues, and evolving distribution models, while supporting transactional matters in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial transactions, business law and/or intellectual property.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with major digital players or tech companies.
• International environment experience and ability to work with multi-jurisdictional teams.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate distribution agreements with platforms, publishers and partners for game distribution across console, PC, mobile and VR.
• Advise internal stakeholders (Business, Sales, Finance, Corporate, Data, Marketing) on contract interpretation and business implications.
• Support ongoing management of agreements and advise on day-to-day distribution matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to broader transactional or corporate matters as needed.
