Job summary

Edenred is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the Mobility Business Line, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will act as the key liaison between headquarters and local entities for month-end closing and reporting, supporting consolidation, budgeting, forecasts, and strategic planning.

You will build Excel and PowerPoint templates for monthly reporting, coordinate with subsidiaries on KPIs, and contribute to business reviews, cost monitoring, and performance analysis in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, minimum 4 years working experience in FP&A or finance business partnering roles, preferably in a multinational company.
• Excellent ability in Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle and Hyperion financial management knowledge is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix and multicultural environment.
• English and French fluency (both spoken & written) are required.
• Good communicator with ability to switch between big picture and detailed views.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing: ensure cadence and timely reporting of results.
• Financial performance analysis: develop SmartView/Excel analyses and coordinate KPI reporting with subsidiaries.
