Job summary

Entreprise Confidentielle is seeking a Group FP&A Director to lead international financial performance management and the transformation of its FP&A operating model. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on process design and stakeholder engagement across geographies.

The candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting standards and performance indicators, while building a strong finance partner network with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressive Finance experience with strong FP&A and Group Controlling exposure.
• Experience in complex international organizations; preferably publicly listed.
• Industry experience in industrial, manufacturing, consumer goods or FMCG is advantageous.
• Fluent English; ability to operate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial performance management incl. actuals, budgets, forecasts and prior-year results.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning across geographies and functions.
• Design, implement and continuously improve Group-wide planning methodologies, processes and governance.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management with strong governance.
