OPmobility SE seeks a senior Manager, Group Accounting Standards to lead IFRS and French GAAP policy across the group. You will guide technical positions, support audits, and coordinate with consolidation, tax, and ESG teams to ensure consistent reporting.
You will shape group accounting policies, deliver training, and supervise regulatory CSRD/taxonomy reporting across country clusters. A strong Big 4 background is favored.

The Manager, Group Accounting Standards is responsible for ensuring OPmobility’s full compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and French GAAP when applicable. This role provides technical leadership on accounting policies, drives normative watch and implementation, represents the Group in professional and industry bodies, and works closely with Consolidation, Hub & Cluster Accounting teams, BG Finance, Tax and Treasury teams to guarantee consistent application of accounting standards across the Group. The position plays a key role in shaping Group accounting policies, ensuring their proper deployment across all entities, and building technical expertise across the finance community through training and specialization initiatives. In addition, this role covers regulatory watch of CSRD/Taxonomy related matters, focusing on financial reporting aspects, in close coordination with the ESG teams. It also provides full support to the Consolidation team in structuring and implementing related reporting.
