CEVA Logistics is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis specialist to support monthly results for Finished Vehicle Logistics. You will assist in month-end close, prepare KPIs, and collaborate with operations control to understand financial impacts of changes.

You will collect data for budgets, maintain templates, and help produce management reports. Strong Excel and English are essential, with up to 2 years’ experience in finance/logistics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or business control.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience 0-2 years.
• Strong analytics skills with high attention to details and data quality.
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge in logistics and transport.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with operational teams in a business-oriented way.
• Team work and collaboration.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about finance and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly financial results for Finished Vehicle Logistics activities (revenues, transport costs, handling, storage, damages).
• Perform basic month-end closing tasks: accruals and cut-off entries.
• Reconcile key P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Produce standard reports and KPIs for Finished Vehicle Logistics (e.g. cost per vehicle, lane profitability, utilization, on-time performance).
• Perform first-level variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast vs. prior period).
• Support data collection and consolidation for budgets and forecasts (volumes, routes, service mix, tariffs, fuel/indexation impacts).
• Maintain and update standard templates for budget/forecast inputs.
• Prepare preliminary budget vs. actual reports and basic variance analysis.
• Support documentation of FVL finance processes (accrual calculation, invoice checks, cost allocations).
• Contribute to testing and data validation when ERP/TMS/billing tools change.
• Suggest improvements to automate and standardize recurring reports and checks (dashboards, reconciliations).
• Work with operations control teams to understand financial impact of changes.
• Assist in preparing management presentations (monthly business review, customer profitability).
• Provide basic financial explanations to non-financial stakeholders.
