Job summary

Filigran, a global cybersecurity company, is seeking a Head of Financial Controller to own the full accounting function across its entities. You will drive revenue recognition, consolidation, monthly and year-end close, and internal controls.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, remote-first organization. The role requires leading a small team and partnering across finance to scale processes, improve controls, and support

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting roles, including senior/lead or controller-level experience.
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards; exposure to multi-GAAP/consolidation environments is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build processes and internal controls from scratch in fast-growing or scaling environments.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity; adapts quickly to change.
• Prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial transactions across Filigran entities.
• Lead consolidation across Filigran's growing international entity structure (including new entity set-ups as the company expands).
• Manage the yearly financial audit end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline accounting workflows.
• Act as a thought partner to the VP of Finance on technical accounting matters and process design.
• Manage a current team of 3 general accountants and grow the team.
• Support ad hoc business requests, including payroll coordination.
