BioLabs is seeking a Finance Associate to support day-to-day financial operations across the organization, with a primary focus on accounts payable and receivable in Europe. The role involves general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with exposure to budgeting, audits, and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and collaborative to ensure accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of payroll basics and general accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general accounting, bookkeeping and cash flow management.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepayments as part of the monthly closing process.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances to support Treasury activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Support the annual budget process, audits, and tax compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth accounting operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
