GAC International France seeks a Financial Specialist to join our Boulogne-Billancourt office to handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings in line with French regulations.

The role requires 1–4 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French; English or Chinese language abilities are a plus. We offer mentorship, a structured path for growth, and a supportive, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting/Finance required.
• Valid French work permit / right to work in France requested (priority for candidates with existing status).
• Fluent in French (spoken and written); fluent in English OR Chinese (spoken and written).
• 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience or apprenticeship (alternance) in France.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with SAP, Cegid, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: process vendor invoices and supplier payments, track receivables.
• Bank & account reconciliations: monthly reconciliations and GL accuracy.
• Expense management: review and audit employee expense reports per policy and French tax rules.
• Month-end closing & tax declarations: assist with closings and standard journal entries; support TVA filings.
• Audit & statutory compliance: gather documents for auditors and ensure compliance.
• Administrative support: support finance records at Boulogne-Billancourt office.
