Wärtsilä France is seeking a Service Engineer 4-stroke (H/F) to join our Field Service Marine team in Marseille, France. You will work on-site with customers around the world, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Wärtsilä engine installations.

We welcome candidates with BTS or ENSM in mechanics or engineering, solid 4-stroke engine knowledge, basic automation understanding, and the ability to travel up to 85%.

Qualifications

• Diploma BTS or ENSM in mechanics/engineering or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines (4-stroke).
• Basic understanding of automation systems.
• Willing to travel globally (≈85% of the time).

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Wärtsilä 4-stroke engines.
• Lead service technicians on site ensuring safety and quality.
• Provide detailed reports with measurements and photos.
• Travel to global customer sites and represent Wärtsilä professionally.
