Wärtsilä is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Marseille with hybrid work options. The role focuses on maintenance planning for long-term service agreements within the Marine 4-stroke portfolio. You will produce quarterly reports, budgets, and scopes of work for overhauls while updating CMMS/PMS tools and collaborating with a diverse maintenance team.

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner with a main responsibility in maintenance planning support towards long-term service agreements in the Marine 4-stroke portfolio.

The preferred location for this position is Marseille, France but also Vaasa, Finland is a possible location. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Maintenance Planner, your work will include providing quarterly reports, budgets & scope of work for overhauls, following up on performed services and updating the supporting software tools accordingly. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You will be working as a part of an energetic maintenance management team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Production engineering or equivalent
• Basic IT-software skills (e.g. office 365)
• Good cooperation, teamwork, and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Fluent in written and spoken French
  

As an ideal candidate, you might also have

• Field service experience on Marine 4-s engines
• Knowledge of CMMS, PMS tools
• Extrovert with advanced communication skills
• Understanding of contractual and financial business
• Understanding of maintenance planning
