Safran seeks an Executive Search Lead to oversee the identification, attraction, and recruitment of senior executives across the Group. Reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition, you will partner with HR Directors and business leaders to define requirements, search strategies, and assessment criteria while coordinating with external search firms.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping governance, market intelligence, and candidate experiences, strengthening Safran's leadership pipeline

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive search experience.
• Experience in leading international executive searches across regions.
• Proven track record recruiting senior executives and leaders.
• Experience with multinational organizations and industrial sectors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee senior executive searches across Safran businesses and geographies.
• Define requirements, search strategies, and assessment criteria with HR Directors.
• Ensure rigorous, evidence-based candidate assessment and a strong stakeholder experience.
• Manage a global network of executive search firms and external partners.
• Align external hiring with succession planning and leadership development.
