We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events And Trade Marketing Manager F/H to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all events and trade marketing initiatives across markets. This role is pivotal in driving brand desirability, enhancing visibility, and delivering exceptional brand experiences aligned with our global positioning.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will take part in the following missions:
EVENT MANAGEMENT (Retail, Press, Client, CIP, Cultural)
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of events including store openings, collection launches, clienteling activations, high-profile dinners, press events, activations at theMaison Roger Vivier, etc, taking ownership of the entire process
- Ensure events are aligned with brand image, positioning, and global marketing & communications calendar
- Liaise with relevant departments (CRM, Merchandising, PR, Retail,VM) and agencies to guarantee 360° consistency and seamless execution
- Manage budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated and utilized efficiently for the successful execution of projects and events
- Monitor and report on KPIs for each event (ROI, media impact, client engagement, etc.)
TRADE MARKETING & RETAIL VISIBILITY
- Design and implement trade marketing strategies across pop-ups, pop-ins, directly operated boutiques and key multibrand partners
- Develop guidelines and seasonal toolkits to support store animations, storytelling, and image consistency
- Collaborate with regional teams to tailor activations to each market while maintaining global coherence
CLIENTELING ANIMATIONS
- Participate in the definition the overall client activation strategy through events
- Define clienteling animation plans to support brand moment such as collection launches and local celebrations in collaboration with the CRM and the regional teams (i.e in-store animations, out-store events, CNY, … personalized services, etc.)
- Coordinate in-store and out-of-store animations, from intimate appointments to immersive brand experiences
- Act as a key partner to the CRM and Retail teams, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution
GIFTING STRATEGY
- Define the gifting strategy in partnership with the CRM and the regional teams
- Build a catalogue of gifts and experiences aligned with brand values
- Monitor luxury industry benchmarks and propose seasonal refreshes and innovations
