Puig, a Home of Love Brands, seeks an Event & Culture Executive for Rabanne Beauty to craft globally visible experiences blending culture, creativity and communication. You will work across markets with internal teams and external partners to translate brand priorities into distinctive events and cultural moments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in events or brand/cultural marketing, a strong creative sense, deep cultural curiosity, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in events, brand experience, cultural marketing, communication or partnerships.
• Strong creative sensitivity and ability to identify distinctive, relevant concepts.
• Deep cultural curiosity across music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment, and emerging culture.
• Experience-driven mindset for shaping environments, programming and guest journeys.
• Excellent communication and brand mindset to leverage events for visibility and content.

Responsabilités

• Bring a strong creative point of view to Rabanne events and cultural activations.
• Create memorable brand experiences across launches, consumer events and activations.
• Build cultural relevance by connecting with contemporary culture and communities.
• Maximize brand exposure through cross‑functional collaboration with communications, social media, PR and content teams.
• Manage events and cultural projects from brief to execution with agencies and partners.
• Support global and local activations while balancing global consistency with local relevance.
• Build the right cultural ecosystem by developing relationships with talents, venues and communities.
• Measure impact and learnings, translating insights into future activations.
