Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect in Paris, hybrid work model, on a 12-month contract with potential extensions. The role leads enterprise-wide architecture standards and strategic roadmaps to align business goals with IT capabilities.

You will collaborate with senior business leaders and technology teams to drive modernization, governance, and investment decisions, ensuring compliance and long-term architectural vision.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture within large and complex organizations.
• Proven success delivering architecture strategies supporting digital, business, or IT transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Technology Architecture.
• Experience creating and governing enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
• Strong governance and operating models for architecture.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical technology roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and target-state architecture.
• Develop architectural roadmaps that support business growth and transformation objectives.
• Drive alignment between business capabilities, processes, applications, data, and technology platforms.
• Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Assess existing technology landscapes and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Provide architectural guidance across multiple programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure consistent decision-making and technology direction.
• Evaluate new technologies and their impact on the wider enterprise landscape.
• Support senior leadership with strategic planning and technology investment decisions.
• Ensure architecture deliverables are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
