Job summary

Aptiv seeks a Project Manager in France to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex initiatives with a strong emphasis on cost, schedule, quality and methodology.

The role collaborates with engineering, quality, sales, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure first time quality, budget adherence and compliant documentation, while upholding Aptiv's privacy and equal opportunity commitments.

Responsibilities

• Project execution: launches the project through integrated teams with focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology.
• Product quality: ensure First Time Quality goals and WFCC targets.
• Cost and budget: manage investment spending, CAPEX planning and spend tracking.
• Customer / supplier relationships: manage customers and align communication among stakeholders.
• Team management: collaborate with Engineering Project Leader, Quality, Sales, SCM, Manufacturing and drive progress.
• Compliance: PDP compliance, maintain documentation, participate in audits.
