Selvedge Partners - Executive Search seeks a Global Product Manager for an eCommerce Platform to own, maintain and evolve a strategic digital platform used across multiple business units worldwide.

You will be at the intersection of technology, sales, marketing, operations, customer experience and finance, leading the France deployment with scalability for other markets, and driving measurable commercial value through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading global product initiatives for eCommerce platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across tech, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Proven track record to own roadmaps and lifecycle from scoping to deployment.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the global roadmap for eCommerce solutions.
• Lead the France deployment as the initial priority while ensuring scalability for other markets.
• Consolidate and prioritize requirements from business units and markets.
• Promote reusable capabilities and global standards.
• Lead projects from business case through deployment and adoption.
• Ensure integrations with key systems and coordinate with teams and partners.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee releases, platform upgrades and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure operational support, SLAs, security and data protection.
• Define and monitor metrics like conversion, sales, platform adoption and ROI.
• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable commercial value.
