Interpath Ltd. seeks a Junior Analyst to join its Distressed M&A Sell-side team in Paris. The role targets a recent Master's graduate looking to develop a career at the intersection of M&A, restructuring, and transaction services within a fast-paced advisory environment.

You will conduct financial analyses, prepare materials, support investor outreach, and liaise with clients and advisers, contributing to live transactions across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Finance or related discipline.
• Internship or apprenticeship experience in: M&A, Restructuring, Transaction Services.
• Fluent French and English; strong financial analysis and modelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of Distressed M&A sell-side mandates.
• Conduct financial analysis and company research.
• Prepare transaction materials, including marketing documents and financial analyses.
• Assist with investor identification and outreach.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution.
• Liaise with clients, investors, legal advisers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to live transactions across a range of sectors.
