The L’Oréal Operations General Direction (DGO) recruits it’s Global Direct Sourcing Finance Controller to join its team in Paris, France. The role involves developing data-driven tools and reporting to drive value creation.

Your Mission

Focused on value creation and reporting to the Global Direct Sourcing Finance Director, you lead both the improvement and development of direct sourcing financial tools and the global economic performance consolidation to drive call for action.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the finance direct sourcing Business Expert for Sofia, working in close collaboration with tool sourcing team, to ensure satisfactory operations of the tool and improve & adapt SOFIA to our next challenges and evolutions (internal and external)
• Be the key interlocutor in any need for transformation, focused on tools, needed for direct sourcing finance, in strong collaboration with manufacturing controlling and direct sourcing tools team
• Secure the consolidation, challenge and communicate results of economical performance both actual and forecasted : closings, trends, pre-budget and budget, for PPV reporting (S) and Fixed Purchase Overheads Reporting (S)
• Coordinate WW financial sourcing Calendars to make sure all consolidations needed can be provided on time and in accordance with the Group’s Calendar requirements.
• Support and co-animate the WW Finance controllers community (on tools, calendar and economical performance)
• Make sure methodology is respected and contribute to its evolution when needed, in accordance with Manufacturing Finance, Internal Control, Finance and Legal and Purchasing Excellence Teams
• Contribute to the efficiency of procedures, processes and tools, and sharing with Teams and training / coaching them when necessary
• Participate to the animation of the financial trainings for Direct sourcing community.
