Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Workplace Manager to design and lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our digital tools and platforms that enhance employee productivity, communication, collaboration, and engagement.
Reporting to the Group IT Infrastructure & Operations Leader, the Global Digital Workplace Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for creating a high-performance, cost efficient, and secure digital work environment for employees, ensuring that digital tools and processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and vision
- Define and implement an effective technology strategy and roadmap, based on best practices, latest market trends and aligned with Adisseo Group business objectives, to create maximum value while optimizing the costs and ensuring the cyber-security of the solutions together with the Security Officer.
Platform and Tool management
- Oversee the deployment and management of collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, PowerPlatform, Copilot)
- Define and deploy modern workplace solutions (Autopilot, Intune, VDI with Windows 365, Copilot, Hello for Business…)
- Define and deploy policies for devices (computer, smartphone, tablet) including Operating System, hardware, identity management with EntraID, BYOD strategy
- Develop the use of "Low Code - No Code" using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Ensure a technological watch on digital workplace trends
Supplier Management & Cost Optimization
- Own the strategic relationship with the key vendors
- Understand precisely the current usage of the solutions
- Implement breakthrough approaches to drastically optimize costs
User experience, adoption, security
- Drive user adoption through training programs, support, and change management initiatives
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the digital workplace experience
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security policies, and IT governance
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and direction to a global team of technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Lead the IT community in a cross-functional way around digital topics
Project Management
- Lead key projects related to the Digital Workplace (introduction and/or improvement of technologies, ensuring their success, coordinating teams and resources to carry them out
Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a digital workplace manager, in a context of digital transformation
Technical skills
- Microsoft 365 technologies: Proficiency in the Office 365 environment, high mastery in license types and Microsoft Office contracts and negotiations, good knowledge of the CoPilot/Purview offer, good knowledge of PowerPlatform & Powerapps
- Microsoft cloud and on-premises infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and related components)
- Proficiency of multi-manufacturer PC/Smartphone/Tablet environments and VDI technologies
- Knows Artificial Intelligence and Copilot
Leadership skills
- Though being an individual contributor role its expected to have ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Budget management (OPEX/CAPEX) in cross-functional organization
- Strong skills on user experience process and change management
Certifications
- Strong skills of operational practices such as ITIL and service management process (ITSM tool)
- Fluency in french and English is a MUST
