Job description

As part of our partnership with an international luxury beauty house, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the brand’s Global Digital & Content team.

Working closely with global brand teams and regional/local markets, you will drive and animate the online presence of the brand’s fragrance and beauty lines.

The mission directly supports the brand’s digital acceleration and commercial performance: structuring, producing and deploying digital initiatives at global scale across 360° touchpoints.

It is a cross-functional role with high expectations on luxury content standards, e-commerce brand visibility and creative partner orchestration.

Key responsibilities

1. E-commerce content strategy & digital shelf animation
  • Support regional and local e-commerce teams in defining and adapting high-impact commercial plans across digital touchpoints.
  • Identify key storytelling angles and animation moments to drive product discovery, acquisition and retention.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for local markets and elevate brand visibility on pure players and eRetailers (Sephora, Douglas, Ulta, Harrods, etc.).
  • Be the internal center of excellence on e-commerce visual standards, platform technical constraints and digital retail trends.
  • Share global benchmarks, do’s & don’ts and asset specifications to streamline asset design.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce animations and product detail pages (PDPs) to identify content, UX and merchandising improvements.
2. Social media content & platform performance
  • Define and standardize organic social media guidelines for eRetailer platforms and brand ecosystems, as part of the Global Brand Toolkits.
  • Work with the Central Media team to align paid social creative assets for Key Consumption Periods (KCPs), brand milestones and new launches.
  • Ensure seamless execution across international markets by managing creative ad trackers with local affiliates, brand managers and media agencies.
  • Build and maintain content calendars across priority channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), aligned with the Global Marketing 360 plan.
  • Analyze social performance, emerging formats and market feedback to identify new creative opportunities.
3. Digital content, brand toolkits & production management
  • Drive the end-to-end creative production lifecycle with central brand teams and external production agencies.
  • Lead e-commerce and digital asset creation for new launches, combining global guidelines with local market requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with external creative partners: briefing, follow-up and final sign-off.
  • Ensure structured ingestion, tagging and roll‑out of final assets on internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
  • Provide clear usage frameworks, rights‑management documentation and metadata standards across all markets.

We are looking for a confirmed profile combining digital project management, content production and a strong luxury sensibility. Core skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in digital project delivery, digital content production or e‑commerce marketing. Experience in luxury goods, cosmetics, fashion or high‑end retail. Proven ability to manage creative agencies, production partners and cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed international environment. In‑depth knowledge of DAM platforms, e‑Retailer asset requirements and social media formats/algorithms. Fluent professional English, written and spoken. Nice to have: French proficiency, a significant advantage for on‑site collaboration in Paris. Experience with global brand teams and multi‑market deployment. Key qualities Strong visual aesthetic and acute attention to detail. Deep respect for the creative codes, heritage and tone of a luxury house. Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Clear communication and ease with international stakeholders. Analytical mindset and performance orientation. Mission objectives Elevate the brand’s visibility and content quality across e‑Retailers and social platforms. Structure and streamline global digital asset production and distribution. Ensure consistent, high‑quality execution of launches and key moments across markets. Turn performance insights into concrete content and merchandising improvements.
