YOUR ROLE:

The purpose of the Global Digital Communications and Social Media Coordinator role is to enhance the company's online presence, engage with the target audience, and drive brand awareness through strategic social media activities. This role is crucial in creating and curating content, managing online communities, developing and implementing social media strategies, and monitoring digital reputation. Additionally, the coordinator will support the development, execution, and monitoring of digital paid campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's marketing objectives.

A key aspect of this role will be managing relationships with various stakeholders, including regional teams, marketing, design, and external agencies, to ensure seamless collaboration. The Global Digital Communications and Social Media Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the overall marketing and communication objectives, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry, and driving measurable results from digital initiatives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

  • Develop, create, and curate high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Work with the design team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and is visually appealing.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and incorporate them into content creation.
  • Develop and implement a creative and editorial strategy for social media that aligns with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly.
  • Foster a positive and active community by initiating conversations and building relationships with followers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns through social media channels, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Design and deploy social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaign performance to achieve desired results.
  • Assist in building, executing, and monitoring digital paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, marketing, design, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and goals.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media channels, providing insights for optimization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is essential.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or a related field
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight management industry
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital content
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Experience with social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media content
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
