Le candidat idéal aura un master en systèmes d'information et une expérience dans la gestion du changement. Ce rôle sera essentiel pour l'adoption réussie des solutions numériques dans un cadre multinational, en collaborant avec des équipes diversifiées.

Reporting to the Global IS Domain Manager Digital & AI Adoption under the Value Tower Employee Experience, theGlobal Digital & AI Adoption Specialistcontributesto the successful implementation and widespread adoption of digital tools and AI solutions within the organization, in line with strategy and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of comprehensive adoption strategies for digital tools and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address adoption challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
  • Provide continuous feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve adoption rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation and AI technologies.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance digital and AI literacy.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure effective use of digital tools and AI solutions.
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel communication plan (videos, newsletters, Microsoft 365 adoption site, intranet news, ...)
  • Manage a community of Ambassadors to promote and support the adoption of digital tools and AI solutions.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and gather feedback on digital and AI tools.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in IS or Engineering School with IT specialization or equivalent combination of education, experience & skills,
  • Good experience in implementing and promoting adoption of digital tools, in a multinational organization,
  • Proficiency in change management principles and practices,
  • Good collaborative and proactive skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to create and deliver engaging communication, training programs and workshops,
  • Good command of French will be a plus,
  • The candidate must have a strong affinity for digital tools (specifically Microsoft 365) and artificial intelligence,
