Unispace is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex design and construction projects, nurturing strong client relationships and mentoring project teams. You will ensure high-quality, client-focused delivery and help raise our standards for excellence and innovation.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, and construction, manage budgets and schedules, and drive risk management while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within the design and construction field.
• Experience in client relationship management to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Vista.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, complex projects from planning through close-out.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, resources, and risk management.
• Lead regular client and stakeholder meetings with updates.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Lead site inspections and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to align design and client requirements.
• Develop PM best practices and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee project financials, budgeting and reporting.
