Job summary

L'Oréal Groupe is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the climate plan within the Global Corporate Responsibility team, based in Clichy. You will drive the group’s decarbonization strategy and work with expert domains to accelerate a low-carbon transition across the organization.

You will coordinate with Climate Strategy Director, ensure alignment with GHG Protocol, SBTi and ISO 14067, and engage senior stakeholders to implement robust decarbonization levers and industry-leading practices.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in sustainability topics related to climate science and/or product sustainability strategy (ideally 3 years in operations or brands).
• Deep knowledge of climate and product sustainability standards such as SBTi, GHG Protocol, ISO 14067.
• Advanced data analytics, data modeling, and scenario analysis with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Group's decarbonization strategy across the organization and empower business partners with actionable levers of transformation.
• Ensure climate strategy alignment with evolving regulations, standards and framework requirements (GHG Protocol, SBTi, ISO 14067).
• Harmonize robust product carbon footprint methodologies aligned with international standards and Group practices.
• Engage multifunctional stakeholders and represent L’Oréal externally to promote methodologies and contribute to industry best practices.
