Equinix is seeking a seasoned project and construction manager to lead large regional programs across France and Iberia. You will mentor teams, guide procurement, and ensure projects meet company expectations from ground up through renovations.

With extensive travel across France, Iberia, and the EMEA region, you will apply best practice in contract administration, stakeholder management, and procurement. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven and in-depth experience in project and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects and vendors across regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead large regional construction programs and mentorship of junior staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors including GCs and design teams.
• Develop and implement contract administration procedures and cost forecasting.
