• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) mandatory.
• Experience leading global Key Client, Enterprise Client and Strategic Client CX teams.
• Ability to drive CX strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vertical portfolios of global Key Client, Enterprise Client and Strategic Clients to unleash the value of mutual partnerships for Maersk and the customer.
• Actively engage with global account team plans and execution across KC, EC and SC.
• Ensure CX drives proactive customer support and a seamless experience across all products in scope.
• Own and test a business continuity plan for critical customer processes in Ocean and L&S.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive Must Win Battles and align CX objectives with business goals.
• Structure and coach CX teams across verticals and accounts to maximize customer value.
