Job summary

Opella is seeking a Business Legal intern to join the central Legal team at Opella Heathcare International in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You’ll contribute to real projects that support self-care and compliance across brands and markets.

You will work under two senior lawyers in Corporate/Partnering and Industrial Affairs, gaining hands-on experience in contracts, licensing, and manufacturing agreements while developing practical legal skills.

Qualifications

• Master 2 in Law or Bar student preparing for CAPA.
• Fluent in oral and written English is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Autonomous, rigorous and responsive.
• Curious about the pharmaceutical industry and company.
• Previous internship in a company or law firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and audit contractual documents and interpret contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and analysis.
• Develop training materials for internal teams.
• Support industrial project implementation, draft legal notices and risk analyses.
