Job summary

Opella is seeking a Communications Intern within its Global Communications team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You will support both internal and external communications, contribute to content creation, manage editorial calendars, update intranet, and assist with social media and corporate initiatives.

You will work under the Editorial Communications team, reporting to senior editors, and collaborate with stakeholders across brand and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or a related field in France.
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing skills.
• French is a plus!
• Comfortable with multimedia content creation tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and video editing tools.
• A first experience in communication or marketing and an understanding of web content and social media would be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the editorial calendar and create engaging content for internal and external channels, including the intranet, newsletters and social media.
• Support the creation and editing of multimedia content, including presentations, visuals and videos.
• Help manage and update content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with Opella’s corporate brand.
• Support day-to-day corporate communications activities, including Global Townhalls, communication projects and coordination with internal stakeholders.
