GEODIS is pursuing a Finance Transformation, integrating S/4HANA and Coupa to standardize Controlling across ~52 countries. The GBPO leads end-to-end activities from waves framing to data migration, training and hypercare, while ensuring the Core Model is applied consistently across the organization.

The role demands strong finance process knowledge, IT curiosity, and excellent communication to animate a large community of process owners and IT teams in a challenging project environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Controlling.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Interest in IT subjects and data flows.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Promote and explain GEODIS transformation ambitions to stakeholders on Controlling processes & tools.
• Lead or contribute to waves framing, business preparation and fit-gap analysis.
• Support detailed design, testing, data migration and change management activities.
• Animate a community of local process owners and ensure interdependency management across projects.
• Act as Core Model Guardian for the Controlling Process and drive continuous improvement.
