Job Description:

Bostik is seeking a Global Construction & Consumers Sustainability Director for its headquarters in La Défense.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Sustainability Strategy: Defines, structures, and maintains the GBU C&C Sustainability Strategy, aligned with Bostik and Arkema's corporate sustainability strategies. Assesses policies to identify areas for improvement, acts as a focal point for external stakeholders, drafts organizational policies, evaluates program efficacy, conducts research on sustainability issues, educates colleagues, and manages contributions to Arkema sustainability initiatives, ensuring the delivery of sustainability objectives and KPIs.
2. Innovation: Drives global sustainable innovation by identifying new products, packaging, and services opportunities. Guides on sustainable certifications and ensures compliance with regulations.
3. Market: Monitors global market trends and competitors' sustainability initiatives, attends external events, builds relationships with key stakeholders, supports communication efforts, and advises on regulatory changes impacting C&C in EMEA.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of proven industry experience, preferably in the C&C market.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging at senior management level.
• Experience in customer and key partner relationships.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language such as German or French is a plus.
