YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly efficientC&B Managerto join our Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function. With a focus on precision, collaboration, and strategic execution, this role supports both local and global HR teams in managing C&B programs for managerial levels and below. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving impactful C&B initiatives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • C&B Assistance to Global HR
    • Provide expert-level support to global HR teams on C&B matters for managerial levels and below
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of global C&B initiatives.
    • Support with benchmarks and reports
  • Salary Review Coordination
    • Lead the annual salary review process, including data analysis, recommendations, and communication.
    • Ensure salary adjustments are aligned with budgets, market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Bonus Assignment
    • Coordinate and manage the bonus assignment process, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
    • Provide analytical support for bonus calculations and reporting.
  • Budget Follow-Up
    • Monitor and track C&B budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on budget usage and trends.
  • International Mobility Preparation
    • Support international mobility processes for local plus employees, including package preparation and compliance with mobility policies.
    • Act as a liaison between local and global HR teams to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Job Framing Coordination
    • Assist Global C&B Leader with Coordinate job framing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational structure and job evaluation
    • Collaborate with HR team to define and calibrate job roles for validation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR functions.
  • Proven track record of managing salary reviews, bonus processes, and budget tracking.
  • Experience with international mobility programs is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with compensation frameworks and market benchmarking tools.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills:
  • High efficiency and organizational skills to manage complex processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams (HR and business).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
