Job Description

Support the Global Comms Network Management team by:

  1. Assisting on projects dedicated to the corporate communication team, ensuring adherence to workspace governance and supporting the implementation of support actions.
  2. Supporting the weekly newsletter distributed to all communication experts within Accor.
  3. Assisting with the deployment and usage of ASANA (project management tool).
  4. Reactivating the BI tool by collecting data related to key announcements within the Global Comms team.
  5. Supporting the coordination of corporate communication projects, including:

a. PM&E

  • Contributing to the creation of communication materials such as newsletters, town hall events, and videos in collaboration with the communication manager.
  • Assisting the Communication Director in updating business intelligence reports for the Deputy CEO.
  • Supporting the deployment of the Global PM&E Communication Plan and Strategy.
  • Providing project support as required.

b. L&L

  • Monitoring trends and supporting storage of relevant information.
  • Assisting with tradeshow planning and coordination.
  • Providing copywriting and project support as needed.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficient in the use of new technologies, including AI tools.

Fluent in French & English.
