Powerdot, a fast-growing EV charging network, is seeking a Senior Communications Leader to shape our narrative across markets in Europe. You will own external and internal comms, manage PR and social across markets, and work directly with the CEO to ensure consistent messaging.

You will also lead agency partners, develop internal comms for a distributed team, and help build a culture that resonates with talent and partners. Fluency in English is required; French is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in communications with PR, social and internal comms, ideally mix of agency and in-house

Responsabilités

• Own Powerdot's narrative across markets and leadership alignment.
• Lead external comms/PR and media relations; manage agencies across countries.
• Own Powerdot's social presence and tone of voice to attract talent and partners.
• Design and run internal comms across five markets, including CEO messaging.
• Be the storyteller who translates complex operations into clear, memorable content.
• Lead one direct report and collaborate with agencies to tell one coherent Powerdot story.
