The DCR Digital team, part of the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationship (E2E DCR) within Schneider Digital, is on a mission to revolutionize the customer and employee digital experience.

We are seeking a Global Communications & Change Management Specialist.

Join our Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) team as a Global Communications & Change Management Specialist. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering both internal and external communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our core digital applications used by frontline employees and customers worldwide.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication:
    • Support the creation and execution of communication plans for global initiatives within the DCR scope.
    • Develop and disseminate multi-channel communications, including newsletters, internal updates, and content for digital platforms.
    • Partner with regional teams to localize and tailor messages for maximum impact.
    • Create engaging content such as presentations, videos, infographics, and blog posts, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's brand guidelines.
    • Measure and analyze internal communication effectiveness using engagement metrics.
  • Change Management Support:
    • Support change management efforts aimed at boosting awareness and adoption of core applications.
    • Assist in organizing training materials, toolkits, and webinars for employees and customers.
    • Monitor feedback and adoption data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree from business school (or other similar marketing and communications, or general management education).
  • First experience in Marketing and/or Communications preferably in the digital field.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for digital transformation and customer-centric innovation.
  • Writing skills, video editing skills, Microsoft 365 and presentation development skills, and proficiency with computer graphics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Outstanding time management and proactive, ambitious, willing to learn, open, flexible, and passionate about communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus).
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to grow in a global, purpose-driven company.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, communication planning, or stakeholder engagement is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in change management through coursework, certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Foundations, ACMP Change Management Micro-Certifications), or hands-on experience.
