Your Mission

As a Global Communication Manager, you will develop and execute communication activities aligned with company priorities to enhance employee understanding and engagement. Your responsibilities include strategizing and managing internal communications for key projects, crafting compelling stories, shaping the corporate image, and ensuring effective communication channels.

• Develop internal communication plans to convey strategic messages
• Foster shared understanding and engagement
• Manage communications for critical projects
• Gather and publish news stories from across the business
• Promote the company's values and image
• Coordinate with stakeholders on change communication strategies
• Optimize communication campaigns using insights and evaluations
• Ensure alignment of communication channels with business strategy
• Support the creation of internal dashboards for metrics and insights
• Maintain and develop the company's tone of voice and image
• Identify and implement process improvements

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Corporate Communications Specialist or similar, with skills including:

• Project management and campaign execution
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; photo/video editing skills are a plus
• Expertise in social media platforms
• Strong oral presentation skills
• Data analytics capabilities
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish, or Chinese is advantageous
• Creative, practical mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Experience in multinational and multicultural environments is a plus
