Pernod Ricard, the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits, invites you to join a Commercial Excellence Intern for Apprentiship in Paris.

Based at our headquarters, you will contribute to the global commercial performance and digital transformation efforts. You'll work with Sales Excellence, Customer Engagement, Training & Upskilling, and RGM teams, help create dashboards, materials, and internal communications, and support the deployment of D STAR in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience in tech/consulting or multinational environment within a complex matrix.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Able to work in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CMA (Commercial Maturity Assessment) with coordination of assessments and deliverables.
• Update and maintain ACE standards; benchmark best practices; coordinate with Tech teams.
• Contribute to commercial frameworks, roadmaps, and internal communications; develop dashboards and training materials.
• Support deployment of D STAR and monitor KPIs and dashboard performance.
• Act as liaison between markets and Tech teams to address business requirements.
