Pernod Ricard, the world’s No. 2 in wines and spirits, offers a Commercial Excellence Intern apprenticeship starting January 2027 in Paris. The role centers on improving commercial performance through data-driven initiatives and cross-market collaboration.

You will support CMA, ACE and the D STAR program, work with global teams, and engage in steering committees. A hybrid setup with a favorable learning environment is provided.

Formación

• Previous professional experience in tech, consulting, or multinational company within a complex matrix organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to deliver content efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to CMA preparations and coordinate assessments with local affiliates.
• Support ACE communications, newsletters, workshops and task forces.
• Assist Digital Program - D STAR deployment and adoption in multiple markets.
• Participate in Tech and Business steering committees and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Contribute to updating Commercial Excellence frameworks and guidelines.
• Consolidate insights from markets to improve processes.
