Job summary

Alaïa in Paris seeks a Client Engagement Manager to define and lead the global Clienteling strategy, driving client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value with highly personalized experiences aligned with the Maison’s DNA.

You will collaborate with the Head of VIC, Retail, Marketing, E-commerce, CRC, Merchandising and regional teams to ensure a consistent and impactful Clienteling approach worldwide, while shaping tools, data governance and training to elevate client experience.

• Define and lead the global Clienteling strategy.
• Leverage client data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop personalized engagement journeys across the client lifecycle.
• Oversee outreach strategies and personalized communication by segments.
• Lead newsletter strategy with key stakeholders.
• Ensure global consistency with local market adaptations.
• Drive adoption of Clienteling and promote client-centric culture across retail teams.
• Define standards, methodologies, and operating guidelines for clienteling.
