Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an International Category Manager to join its European Strategic Sourcing Team. Based in Paris or Berlin, you will shape category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings across multiple markets.

You will forecast pricing, analyze data, and lead cross-functional projects with a strong emphasis on negotiation and global collaboration. You will work with a diverse, international team, contribute to process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, or science.
• Minimum of 3 years in strategic procurement or production, ideally in food/packaging.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and independence.
• Strong communication across global teams and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects and KPIs.
• Ability to work in flexible global teams with some uncertainty.
• Experience developing processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Strong negotiation skills with external partners.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent English; additional European language a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
