The Operations Manager focused on aged spirits is responsible for designing and developing manufacturing operations processes within the ERP system, specifically tailored to aged spirits production. This role ensures the integration of specialized processes such as distillation, aging, blending, and bottling into the ERP system, optimizing quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with the unique requirements of aged spirits production.

Level of study: Master's degree in engineering or business school
Required experience and field: At least 7 years of professional experience in consumer goods industry, especially in wine & spirits and/or food industry; manufacturing experience, including change management and solution rollout.
Other mandatory technical skills: SAP savvy is a plus; knowledge of Product Planning module is appreciated.
Languages: English required; French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory.
