Job summary

Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years automotive industry experience in BD, PM, Sales, or related roles.
- Experience with automotive customers, suppliers, or applications in Steering, Suspension, Brake, Chassis, or related systems.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Shape global BD strategy for Drive Control across regions.
- Lead evaluation of opportunities and RFQs aligning with profitability.
- Drive BD across EMEA and North America; support APAC/India.
- Develop business cases and assess financial attractiveness.
- Lead stage-gate reviews and align with stakeholders.
- Own pricing approaches and ensure value creation.
- Influence product roadmaps with market insights.
- Provide direction for global costing and market-based pricing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites on new business.
- Represent SKF externally at events and with customers.
