Sompo International seeks a seasoned Global Head of Brand to elevate the company’s worldwide brand strategy, with emphasis on the Property & Casualty business, and to align with Sompo Holdings across markets, including Japan.

The role demands strong leadership of a diverse team, superb strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, HR and business units to drive brand governance and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of brand leadership experience in a global organization.
• Experience transforming or expanding global brands.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the global brand strategy to support growth and market differentiation (P&C focus).
• Evolve and protect the global visual identity and ensure consistency across channels/regions.
• Act as global brand guardian with Sompo Holdings alignment while adapting to local needs.
• Advise senior leadership on brand perception, positioning and impact.
