Join our Global Strategy & Innovation Marketing team and take the lead in shaping the future of our brands across international markets!

As part of the Pain, Cough & Cold, Digestion & Sleep categories team, you will drive the global development and strategic positioning of our portfolio.

Main activities:

1. Define and Execute the Global Marketing Strategy

  1. Develop and implement the global vision and brand strategy.
  2. Define brand architecture and positioning across markets.
  3. Adapt brand platforms to fit regional and local needs while ensuring consistency.

2. Lead New Product Development & Innovation

  1. You will be at the forefront of identifying and launching high-impact innovations in collaboration with cross-functional teams:
  2. Build a compelling innovation strategy for your category.
  3. Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover consumer needs and growth opportunities.
  4. Validate innovation concepts through consumer insights and market research.
  5. Develop business cases and validate financial feasibility (P&L, gross margin).
  6. Assess product feasibility with R&D, Operations, Regulatory & Medical teams.
  7. Define launch plans, including activation strategies and marketing toolboxes for local teams.

3. Drive Brand Communication & Engagement

  1. Develop and execute 360° communication campaigns in partnership with creative agencies (TV, digital, key visuals, etc.).
  2. Oversee the approval process for promotional materials to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

4. Ensure Strong International Coordination

  1. Maximize new product launch opportunities across markets.
  2. Provide strategic and operational support to subsidiaries and key partners.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree with scientific & marketing skills, with significant experience (+7 years).
  • A proven track record in brand building, scientific communication, & product development.
  • A previous background on drug products is mandatory.
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally.
  • High adaptability and willingness to rise to the challenge.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Critical thinking, solution and results-oriented skills.
  • Rigorous and organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English; other languages would be appreciated.
  • Computing (pack Office).
