DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Market dynamics
- Understanding consumer needs and competitive environment in key markets
- Understanding key market, consumer, category and retailer trends and recommending key business opportunities
- Benchmarking innovations against key competitors and inspiring brands
- Analyzing panels and obtaining new insights on innovation opportunities
Portfolio & brand strategy
- Contribute to the vision of the top business opportunities and challenges for the brand
- Contribute to the brand strategic plan in collaboration with the major local markets
- Identify the portfolio strategy on the ranges you are in charge of
Positive inno-reno
- Lead key inno-reno projects to ensure on time and in full delivery, as planned in the Brand Strategic plan, by building a strong partnership with SI, R&D and factories teams to deliver the projects: build and animate cross functional teams and lead through non-hierarchical management
- Point of contact on CSR: Lead brand CSR projects including packaging changes, BSR activities along with Global CSR team
- Animate the OOH platform for the brand and liaison with local and global OOH teams

- Line management of the Assistant Brand Manager
PROFILE
- Minimum business or marketing bachelor’s Degree required
- 4-6 years of experience in CPG marketing

Leadership skills
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills: Drive and accelerate transformation, Dare to innovate, Unconditional collaboration, Demonstrate agility and resilience
Business & marketing skills
- Knowledge of product value drivers (nutrition, CSR, …)
- Strong data processing skills especially in the context of strategic, category, retailer, competitive and consumer insights (Nielsen / IRI preferred) as well as P&L forecast and management
- Strong project management skills in the context of innovation pipeline management: mastery of Agile methods, ability to manage complexity (number of projects and / or countries), ability to speed up the innovation pace
Language skills
- You are fluent in English, French preferred
