Kabiten is seeking a Business Development & Project Manager to lead projects from initial client assessment through completion and handover, with responsibilities spanning pricing, delivery, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Cost estimation, negotiation and financial management skills.
• Understanding of on-site operations and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Analyse technical requirements and prepare commercial proposals and cost estimates
• Negotiate the technical and financial terms of projects
• Manage projects in coordination with Construction Project Managers and Site Managers
• Monitor profit margins, budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and contractual obligations
• Manage client relationships, progress meetings and reporting
• Identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement
