Associer Intl in France is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers and drive satisfaction across projects.

You will assess customer demand and feedback, apply quality tools, and coordinate with responsible teams to contain defects, analyse root causes, and prevent returns while ensuring adherence to SOPs and client requirements.

Formación

• More than 1 year customer quality engineer experience in the automotive industry.
• Understand ISO9000/TS16949/VDA quality systems.
• Understand quality improvement tools (e.g., FMEA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC).
• Good English and French communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer demand and feedback to relevant responsible persons timely.
• Containment/isolate/sort defective products at the customer plant according to risk and preliminary FA analysis.
• Rework defective products at the customer site and communicate with the customer to reduce returns.
• Supervise employees to operate according to SOP in reworking.
• Follow up assembly processes in the client site and assist to solve assembly problems.
• Report product usage and handle emergencies independently.
• Summarize customer quality problems for the responsible areas.
• Follow up the quality problem solving process per customer requirements.
• Accept exchanges to different regions to assist with customer quality problems.
• Accept other tasks arranged by superiors.
