What you will do:

• Create & Improve Marketing User Journeys: Design and implement user journeys using data, channels, and rules.
• Leverage Data Fields: Enhance segmentation and personalization.
• Copywriting: Develop content for newsletters and push notifications following brand guidelines.
• Manage Tools: Use Stripo for HTML emails and Braze for campaigns and journeys.
• Analyze & Report: Use Tableau and custom reports to identify focus areas.
• Conduct A/B Testing: Implement learnings to improve performance.
• Lead & Support Projects: Drive innovative initiatives.
• Coordinate Campaigns: Manage monthly stakeholder meetings and ensure timely setup and delivery.

Requirements:

• Languages: Native French (C2), proficient English (B2).
• Experience: 1-3 years in similar roles.
• Attitudes: Business-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, team player.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze and Stripo is a plus.

Additional Assets:

• Knowledge of Braze and Stripo.
• Experience developing CRM user journeys.
• Understanding CRM challenges and opportunities.
• Analytical skills and passion for the restaurant industry.
