Mistral is seeking an Anti-Corruption & Trade Compliance Legal Counsel to build and operate the corporate compliance framework, focusing on anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls. You will work with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Security, Product and Engineering to translate requirements into auditable processes.

Reporting to the Lead Anti-Corruption & Trade Compliance, this role offers ownership from scratch of core policies, processes, and tools, blending program development with

Qualifications

• Law degree and Master level in business or corporate law; compliance knowledge.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal/compliance experience.
• Experience in anti‑corruption, sanctions and export controls.
• Experience in the tech/AI sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Sapin II Action Plan and related policies, controls, training and third‑party procedures.
• Lead due diligence and integrity screening with enhanced due diligence and periodic reviews.
• Support code of conduct, whistleblowing framework and training programs; manage records and guidance.
• Manage gifts, hospitality and conflicts‑of-interest processes including requests and declarations.
